Returns

At neo • thread we want you to absolutely love your one of kind purchase! To ensure that, we offer a FREE 7 day domestic  return policy. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 7 days from the day you received it to ship it back at no cost to you for a full refund. If 7 days  have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

International:

If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you have 14 days from the day you received it to ship it back for a full refund. The customer will be responsible for shipping costs. If 14 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No ruined or stained products will be accepted, unless they were that way upon arrival. 

Bridal Returns:
There is an extended 14 day return policy for any bridal dress purchased from neo • thread to allow ample time to try on and decide on dress. However, dress may show absolutely no signs of wear to be eligible for return.

Shipping: 
To return your product, email Sarahholley@neothread.co with "Return Request for [the name of the item]". You will be sent a shipping label within 48 hours to attach to the original package and send back. Returns must be mailed back within 3 days of receiving the return label. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
