Shipping + Returns

Thank you for shopping NEO THREAD! All pieces are hand-made with love by me, Sarah Gonzales. 

While I do not except returns I will accommodate exchanges. All exchanges need to be preapproved before being shipped back to us within 7 days. You will have 14 days from the date of delivery to send the item back. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfactions with your purchase and experience is of the utmost importance. Please don't hesitate to contact with questions or concerns and we will work to find a solution to the situation. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. 

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exceptions of damages incurred during transit) a refund may be possible. Please contact sarahholley@neothread.co within 3 days of receiving your purchase with images and a descriptions of the damage. Before a exchange is possible, the defective product must be returned in it's original condition and packaging. Shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping: 
Items are shipped within 5-7 days of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation and tracking number when the item has shipped.
